Travel Policy and Limitations

1. Complimentary Travel Radius

• Travel is free within a 25-mile radius of Kennett, Missouri.
• Distances are calculated round-trip from your studio location.

2. Travel Fees for Extended Distances

• 26 to 75 miles: A travel fee of $0.60 per mile (round-trip).
• 76 to 100 miles: A flat fee of $50.
• 101+ miles: A custom quote will be provided, including mileage, travel time, and potential lodging expenses.

3. Multi-Location Sessions

• Portrait packages that include up to two locations within the free radius.
• Additional stops or locations outside the free zone will incur a fee of $25 per location.

4. Session Duration Limitations

• Client tardiness exceeding 15 minutes will reduce session time.
• A rescheduling fee of $50 applies for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) unrelated to weather or emergencies.

5. Parking, Permits, and Venue Fees

• Clients are responsible for any parking fees, venue entry fees, or special permits required for the session.
